The Residence is an Art Nouveau house built in 1913 on the embankment of the Vltava River between the National Theater and Vyšehrad. Residence is one of the national cultural monuments in Prague.

Traffic availability is ideal. A tram stop is right next to the residence and a metro stop is nearby. Historical sights are within walking distance of the residence. On the banks of the Vltava River, right in front of the residence, there are farmers' markets every week.
